Firstly, if you have need of reading our Refund and Returns information then it is likely you have purchased or are considering a purchase from us. Which Means we owe you a big "Thank you!". Nothing makes us happier than people appreciating our products. If you are happy then we are happy and so we will do our utmost to provide you with the very best customer service. 

Hiccups can occur along the way and we promise to do as much as we can to put things right, at no cost and minimal hassle to you. That said here are a few things you might want to know.....

  • We are happy to change or cancel you order with a 100% refund anytime before we ship to you. Just email us : info@papillonsilks.com. Please bare in mind that we aim to get orders out within 2 days. 
  • If for some reason you're not entirely happy with your purchase just drop us an email (info@papillonsilks.com) within 30 days and we will then arrange a hassle free pick up by our couriers at no cost to you, we've got it covered!
    • Simply pop your purchase back in our packaging along with your order slip
    • Once we receive the product and see its in perfect condition we will refund you your money via you preferred payment method within a few days.
